Ormsby Garden Grand Opening Event

Grand Opening Celebration will occur on Thursday, May 5th, at 4 PM.
Please join the South Side Community Council, our garden volunteers, Bruce Kraus, Jessica Benham, Paul Miller, and others for a grand opening celebration.

Volunteers will start planting the garden in May. We will need volunteers to help plant, educate the the children at Ormsby on how to work the garden,  weed, water, and harvest the garden. Volunteers and the children at Ormsby will be able to take food from the garden as needed. As the harvest gets larger, we will have Free Market nights, where there will be a celebration of the garden and free vegetables for residents (please bring your own bag). Keep an eye on your email for these events.
