Three topics will be covered:

-64 S 19th Street – seeking a Cert of Occupancy for a 3-unit residential building in an R1A-VH district (Single Unit attached Residential Very High Density)

-2100 Jane Street (Former Roesch-Taylor Medical Building) – Walnut Capital proposes conversion to residential units; seeking a special exception with ZBA regarding a change to multi-unit residential use in the UI district.

-1900-2000 Mary Street (Former UPMC South Side Hospital) –  Walnut Capital proposes a Special Exception for a new four-story apartment building with 200 dwelling units and exterior courtyard amenity space in UI district. Project will also include a new multi-level parking structure with approximately 290 spaces.
